Meals from the Heartland

Our Meals from the Heartland packing events returned on November 4, 2023, after the COVID-19 hiatus. This past year we went over the 250,000 melas packed milestone. Watch here for information about a 2024 event as it becomes available. Registration is now open. Please use this link to our Sign-up Genius.

These are distributed locally and globally to help fight hunger.

If you are interested in serving as a volunteer or leader for the event in the future, reach out to the church office.

Servant Opportunities

As we are called to serve one another, we look for ways to serve inside the church as well as outside our building walls.

Feeding Our Neighbors

North Liberty Community Pantry's mission is to engage our community in feeding, clothing and connecting our neighbors to resources and services. The Pantry provides food, toiletries, clothing, detergent, fresh produce, and more to people in need in North Liberty and rural areas of Johnson County. Volunteers are needed on and off shift in a variety of roles at the Pantry, Community Closet, and Growing Together Garden.

HOUSES Into Homes

Houses into Homes provides gently-used beds, furniture, and household items for families and individuals in Johnson County who are exiting homelessness, domestic violence, and other crisis situations. They are looking for volunteers for warehouse projects, delivery days, and other special projects.
