Prayer is an integral part of the Christian faith. At Holy Trinity, we lift up our prayers in numerous ways: during worship with the prayers of the church, via our pastors, via our prayer team, and throughout our ministries. We will respect your privacy and will share your prayer as your request to be with the pastors only, heard during worship and/or with the prayer team. You may benefit best by connecting with a friend who will offer a compassion ear as is found in a small group or simply between caring participants within the community. We offer a variety of small groups for all ages. Please go to our Ministry Page for more information.

Students in 7th grade and 8th grade gather weekly (usually on Wednesday evenings) throughout the school year for worship, teaching, and conversation! In large group/small group we tackle many topics and practices of being Lutheran as we prepare students to take on the responsibility of what it means to grow in our faith. Currently we have over 30 students with 10 small group leaders. Our Confirmation ministry is vibrant! We teach using a variety of techniques to reach students where they are at! In our world - we believe every student is gifted by God! We have a unique focus on building a personal relationship with God and with others while stirring our hearts to respond with love! We rotate our two-year program with 7-8th grade students learning all together. Lutheran Year Teachings of Dr and Pastor Martin Luther Lutheran History and the ELCA Sacraments, Creeds and Commandments   Year of the Bible General Bible overview so everyone has their own Bible and knows how to find things in it. Specific study from the Hebrew Texts (Old Testament) and the Greek Text (New Testament)

Jesus commands his followers to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit," (Matthew 28:19). This passage from the Gospel of Matthew 28:19 compels each of us to take up the invitation to be baptized and to desire this gift to our entire household and to our neighbors. We are not to force the washing clean of our sins but to welcome this personal yet public act of forgiveness and mercy.   We are baptized not as a final test or finish line but instead as our faith is growing. Our practice is to baptize infants not because they understand God’s gift of grace but so that they will live into a faith-filled life with sisters and brothers in Christ. The sacraments are commanded by Jesus, shared through earthly elements (water, bread and wine) and participation in the sacraments draw us closer to a relationship with God.  We practice communion each week during worship on Sundays.

Typical worship service includes:  A gathering song, centering praise, and opening prayer A conversation with children The reading of a primary Scripture passage A sermon Prayers of the church and intercessions for those in special need An opportunity to respond with an offering of gifts Holy Communion A final sending song and invitation to fellowship Whether worship is online or in person, we gather together.  Worship services and songs are projected on large screens. Hymn-helps are also available. Everyone, including visitors, are invited to share the peace of Christ by greeting one another during worship and before Holy Communion.

There are two main entrances to the church. The first is the set of double-doors you see when you first pull into the lot. These doors are the closest to the handicapped parking spaces, the offices, & the nursery. A second main entrance is either of the two adjacent visible doors on the southwest side of the building. These enter into our Fellowship space, and are closest to the sanctuary and restrooms. An usher or greeter will be there to welcome and assist you. We encourage you to stop by the Welcome Center desk to check in and ask any questions.

Anyone is welcome to participate in the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper. You don’t have to be Lutheran, a member of Holy Trinity, or even a member of any church, for that matter. There is also no age requirement.  At Holy Trinity, we share communion at each Sunday service every week. While you are welcome to refrain from participating, those who wish to commune will be invited to come forward to receive the host (gluten-free bread) from the presiding pastor and take a small, filled glass of wine offered by an assistant. If you are unable to come forward, we will come offer communion to you at your seat.

Services begin Sundays at 9:00 a.m., with fellowship immediately after worship. Throughout the school year there is a worship geared for youth on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. It’s a great idea to arrive a few minutes early, simply to allow time to center yourself for worship.  Note: the worship services are available anytime on our worship services page.

Children are especially welcome among us in worship! In fact, we encourage the multi-generational environment that worship allows.

Join us for a time of fellowship with a complimentary coffee, tea, juice, fruit, and baked goods. It’s a great time to introduce yourself to others and to ask any questions.

We are thrilled that you're joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you're wearing. In the summertime, it's not uncommon to see people wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt. Others prefer to still put on their "Sunday best," and that's fine too! Most individuals tend to dress in respectful casual attire. We think you'll fit in no matter how you dress.

Ushers can help you if you arrive late for a service. You are welcome to be seated at any time in the service, and you can sit anywhere – seats are not assigned in any fashion.

At Holy Trinity it's always okay to wonder. In fact, there are no dumb questions or thoughts about God that are "off limits." We want to meet each person where they are, but also not hold anyone back either. With those two concerns in mind, we are available to answer your questions or just lend an ear to your needs.
